What should I bring to a yoga class? +

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. Comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion is also recommended. We have rental mats available.

Do I need prior experience? +

Not at all! We offer beginner-friendly classes marked 'Level 1' on our schedule. Our instructors are trained to provide modifications for all levels.

How early should I arrive? +

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class starts to check in, change, and settle onto your mat peacefully.
